BGTS International Business Unit is looking for a Backend Developer to join our growing team based across Turkey, the UK, and the EU. Our teams support a wide range of international clients across different industries.

Join our Netherlands-based client in the consumer goods and manufacturing sector and contribute to the development of scalable, cloud-based backend solutions. We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer who will take ownership of building scalable, high-performance web applications.

*The project will start in January 2026. The role is fully remote, full-time for at least Q1, with a strong possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.*

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Extensive experience with React and Next.js
• Solid understanding of:
• Component-based architecture
• State management
• Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience in building responsive and performant web applications
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and frontend–backend integration
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement user-facing features
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and code quality
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs
• Stay up to date with modern frontend trends and best practices
