Who We Are Looking For
You will join the Innovation Team within Infrastructure Engineering, a new group focused on building AI-driven, real-time performance and cost management system that supercharges APM by automating root-cause analysis, resolving inefficiencies and preempt infrastructure issues, inefficiencies to drive operational excellence.
Your Work Will Include
This is greenfield development – you'll build systems from the ground up with meaningful impact on Nike's bottom line.

Who We Are Looking For
- Solid engineering skills with proficiency in Python
- Nice to have Java/ Golang/ SQL
- Experience in building software systems
- Understanding of cloud-native software development and data engineering
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or Delta Lake
- Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, ADK)
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with clouds (AWS - preferred, Azure)

- Designing and building data pipelines that process cloud telemetry and cost data

- Creating dashboards and APIs that enable self-service insights for stakeholders
- Contributing to platform infrastructure that supports scalable, reliable tooling
- Collaborating with a small, high-autonomy team where your ideas shape technical
