We are now looking for a Cloud Engineer to join us and deliver end-to-end software solutions across diverse industries.

As a Cloud Engineer at OBSS, you will play a key role in designing, building, and operating scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms for our enterprise customers. Working at the intersection of Cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, and Platform Engineering, you will take ownership of mission-critical public and multi-cloud environments. This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on operational experience, and close collaboration with customers, software architecture teams, and engineering stakeholders to deliver reliable, production-grade cloud solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Public Cloud and Multi-Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Actively participate in cloud-to-cloud and on-prem to cloud migration projects
• Analyze cloud-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Software Architecture teams to resolve complex technical challenges
• Coordinate with technical support teams during escalation and incident management processes
• Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production environments
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
• Perform Linux system administration (RHEL / Ubuntu) and manage core networking components
• Implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / OpenSearch
• Manage container technologies and OCI image lifecycle
• Design and operate high availability (HA), load balancing, and disaster recovery (DR) solutions
• Operate and optimize distributed systems at scale
• Prepare technical documentation, demos, and reference architectures for cloud services

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4–10 years of experience in Cloud Engineer, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or IT Infrastructure roles
• Strong Linux system administration skills (RHEL / Ubuntu)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments
• Advanced knowledge of Git and CI/CD platforms (GitHub, GitLab)
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / OpenSearch)
• Operational knowledge of Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, Nginx, and distributed systems
• Proven experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
• Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts
• In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure
