We are seeking a Product Manager to take the lead on the eVa AI solution within the eWizard platform.

What we are looking for:

  • An AI - first mindset comfortable being hands-on with rapid prototyping and research using no-code/low-code tools to quickly validate ideas
  • A driver personality who can align executive and cross-functional stakeholders around a clear product vision and execution plan - acting as the CEO of your product
  • Strong understanding of product management best practices, agile methodologies, SaaS models, and the unique considerations of AI product development
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative, with exceptional communication skills - able to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences


Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market trends
  • Drive continuous discovery by analyzing market, customer, and competitive insights to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities
  • Prioritize backlog and investment decisions based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Define and refine product requirements, collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact features
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies for new and existing offerings to ensure strong product-market fit and commercial viability
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, business development, engineering, and support throughout the product lifecycle
  • Monitor product performance and user behaviors, identifying opportunities for optimization and measuring impact on end users
  • Champion the product internally and externally, presenting product vision, roadmap, and value propositions to stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Support go-to-market initiatives to successfully sell and launch projects, ensuring teams are equipped with the right product knowledge, positioning, and competitive insights
  • Represent the company and product at conferences, webinars, and industry events as the subject matter expert and product advocate


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
  • Experience in B2B software, delivering capabilities to enterprise clients
  • Proven experience developing product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans for enterprise clients
  • Strong ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with executive leadership and external partners
  • Advanced English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with clients


Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in AI or data-driven products
  • Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences
