People & Culture Specialist (People Operations)
(Istanbul, Turkiye)
Your Mission
- Collaborate with the business leaders to develop solutions and align people initiatives with business objectives
- Manage the entire recruitment process
- Assist in implementing people & organization processes (e.g., workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, training, and employer branding) aligned with Puratos Values & Magic
- Maintain integrity of HR data in Success Factors accordance with the legal and group standards
- Define and track relevant KPIs in user-friendly reports and dashboards, measuring the effectiveness and impact of HR projects and processes
- Responsible for Internal Communication projects and activities
HR Administration
- Provide guidance, direction and support in employee inquiries related to HR programs
- Assist with research, analysis and implementation of reports and projects as required
- Support annual and mid-year performance and talent review processes
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining the integrity of the data with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate & track Company training; maintain employee training records
- Manage the employee referral program
- Participate in HR projects as required
- Coordinating activities as the designated representative for occupational health and safety
- Monitor and ensure accurate payroll processing in collaboration with payroll service team
- Manage employee entry and exit procedures, including documentation and system updates
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage benefits programs that support employee well-being
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and supporting engagement initiatives
- Ensure all new hires and employee changes and transactions are entered into the HRIS (Success Factors) accurately and in a timely manner
- Create, prepare and maintain data base for job descriptions & postings
- Meet with hiring managers to review scope of role and discuss specific requirements before initiating hiring requests
- Post open positions internally and externally
- Create and prepare interview and screening questions and coordinate interviews
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Create employment offers and assist Hiring managers with the onboarding packages
- Partner with department leaders in onboarding plan roll outs
- 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on people operations or similar roles
- Proven experience in payroll process management is required
- Familiarity with labour law & compliance regulations
- Good level of English proficiency
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP Successfactors is preferable
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to deliver results
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
