HR-Specialist (m/f/d)*

Creating passion: Your responsibilities

• Manage and handle all aspects of the employee life cycle
• Conduct internal and external recruitment processes
• Prepare job postings, contracts, HR-related documents, and employment references, taking into account employment, social security, and tax regulations as well as local labour law regulations
• Advise and act as a competent point of contact for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
• Participate in and support HR-related projects (e.g. onboarding process) and change processes together with the Division Controlling Company
• Collaborate with the local works council
• Plan and implement HR-related marketing activities (e.g. job fairs)
• Develop local measures for talent retention and succession planning
• Train leadership and employees on new HR-Tools in collaboration with the division directing company
  
  

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training with further qualification in human resources or a university degree in business administration with a focus on HR
• Professional experience in human resources, ideally in an internationally operating company
• Knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, social security, and tax law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish, German would be a plus
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills combined with a cooperative and independent working style
