Hiring: Windows Networking Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Windows Networking Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Windows internals, networking, and containerized environments, who enjoy solving complex system-level challenges.

Experience Required

5–8 years of relevant hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, debug, and optimize Windows-based systems running in containerized and Kubernetes environments
• Perform advanced kernel-level debugging and troubleshooting for Windows networking issues
• Support and enhance Windows containers running on Kubernetes (including GKE nodes)
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, including image build automation, validation, and deployment processes
• Ensure security compliance, hardening, and best practices across Windows container images
• Collaborate closely with platform, networking, and SRE teams to resolve complex production issues

Required Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in Windows internals and Windows networking
• Strong experience with Kubernetes networking concepts
• Advanced kernel debugging skills for Windows systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Strong programming/scripting skills in C++, C#, and PowerShell
• Experience working with containerized Windows workloads
• Solid understanding of system performance, networking protocols, and security compliance

Good to Have

• Experience with GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) node-level troubleshooting
• Exposure to large-scale, cloud-native production environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work on highly technical, low-level issues
