The agency specializes in enhancing clients’ brands across all digital touchpoints by creating brand strategies, digital identities, and online products that help them stand out. While their primary focus is on cultural projects, they also take on selected large-scale commercial assignments.

About the vacancy

For the headquarters in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for a medior Traffic Project Manager. As a project manager, you will be in charge of planning all resources and making sure the different teams run smoothly. The ability to perform under pressure, attention to detail, and focus on what’s important will help you keep everything on track, even when things get busy. Moreover, you will make sure the production team keeps moving and makes changes ahead of time when needed. You’re also the main contact for customers in service projects, handling their requests, creating clear schedules, and making sure to deliver more than what's expected.

Your responsibilities within the role:

• Customer Interaction: You act as the main contact for customers involved in service projects, understanding their needs, prioritizing tasks, and turning these into clear actions for the team.
• Project Management: You track the progress, quality, deadlines, and budgets of your service projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully.
• Capacity Planning: You oversee team capacity, distributing workloads effectively across ongoing projects. You actively make adjustments when required to keep the team productive and work closely with other project managers to align efforts.
• Team Support: You guide and motivate team members, ensuring they complete their assignments on time and meet expectations. You keep the team organized and focused on their goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: You maintain open and clear communication with customers, team members, and other stakeholders, focusing on practical and achievable outcomes.

We are looking for you if you:

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital agency environment
• Bachelor/Master's degree
• You are a natural organizer and maintain an overview, even in a dynamic environment with multiple projects at the same time
• Customer contact comes naturally to you; you know how to build relationships and manage expectations clearly
• You are fluent in Dutch & English
