For our global client, we are looking for a customer-oriented and technically strong Technical Support Engineer who will work closely with sales and technical teams.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support
• Understand customer needs, answer technical questions, and propose suitable technical solution options
• Prepare technical content for industry solutions, including solution proposals, technical articles, and training materials
• Support the R&D team by participating in on-site tests and cooperating with Carrier certification tests
• Deliver technical training on products and solutions to customers

🔍 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Communications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• Familiarity with computer networks and network communication protocols
• CCNA or higher-level certification is a strong plus
• Knowledge of network architecture, topology, and hardware, especially Ethernet routers and switches
• Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Excellent written and spoken English
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience
