Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical dashboards and reports on BI platforms, primarily Apache Superset and Grafana.
• Write, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries for online and near real-time reporting needs.
• Work with BigQuery, StarRocks, or similar MPP / data warehouse (DWH) technologies, and integrate with relational data sources when required.
• Ensure BI platforms and decision-support systems deliver reliable, consistent, and scalable outputs.
• Contribute to query performance optimization and analytical reporting architecture.
• Support testing, validation, and maintenance activities across BI reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with BI and analytics tools, especially Apache Superset and Grafana (experience with Qlik is considered a plus).
• Strong SQL experience with BigQuery, StarRocks, or similar MPP / DWH technologies.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Solid understanding of analytical reporting and data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of query performance optimization on large datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Ability to understand the differences between online, near real-time, and batch reporting approaches.
• Awareness of direct-query BI architectures and different data consumption patterns.
• Basic familiarity with data engineering and streaming concepts (hands-on pipeline development is not expected).
