We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in eCommerce and omnichannel program management to join our team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing complex B2B and B2C commerce projects, fostering high-performing teams, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. This role involves driving the successful delivery of value through all project phases - from Discovery to Implementation - while ensuring cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement. With exceptional leadership and communication skills, you will empower teams to innovate, adapt to technology trends and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted client relationships at steerco level
  • Plan the program and drive cross-team dependencies
  • Manage eCommerce projects in various phases like Discovery, Design, Implementation throughout the Omnichannel program


Requirements


  • Proven experience in program or project management within a digital agency or similar environment
  • B2B and/or B2C Commerce experience
  • Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with a consultative and solution-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in budget and resource management, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Dutch and English (professional level)
  • Ability to adapt to the latest technology trends and drive innovation in program delivery
  • Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile certification


Nice to have


  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Experience in Retail or FMCG
