Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum and/or other EVM-compatible blockchains
- Build and maintain decentralised applications (dApps) and Web3 integrations
- Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams to deliver secure, scalable blockchain solutions
- Conduct smart contract testing, auditing support, and gas optimisation
- Contribute to architectural decisions around protocols, tooling, and infrastructure
- Stay current with emerging Web3 standards, tooling, and security best practices
- Strong commercial experience as a Blockchain / Web3 Developer
- Proficiency in Solidity (or Rust for Solana-based environments)
- Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, or similar networks
- Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries
- Solid understanding of smart contract security, audits, and common attack vectors
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, NFTs, DAOs, or Layer 2 solutions
- Strong engineering fundamentals and clean, testable code practices
- Experience with Rust, Substrate, or non-EVM chains
- Exposure to ZK-rollups, L2 scaling, or cross-chain solutions
- Prior experience in VC-backed or early-stage start-ups
- Tokenomics or protocol-level design exposure
- Competitive, open salary depending on experience
