About the Job:
Are you an experienced PLM Engineer with a passion for Teamcenter implementations? We’re looking for a Senior PLM Engineer to join our team in Norway. In this role, you will design, configure, and implement PLM solutions that align with customer requirements and industry best practices. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments that transform product lifecycle processes.

Your role will include:
- Understanding customer challenges, needs, and requirements and translating them into solutions that drive tangible results.
- Customizing and supporting the implementation of Teamcenter to meet unique customer specifications.
- Document configurations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in PLM to provide innovative solutions.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions for our clients.
- Continuously improving processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
What you bring to the table:
- Solid experience with Teamcenter or other PLM, systems and proven experience working on client projects with tailored PLM-systems.
- Extensive, proven experience as an engineer delivering solutions across multiple client projects.
- “Proven ability to design, configure, and deploy engineering solutions across complex, multi-client environments.”
- A degree (B.Sc./B.Eng. or M.Sc./M.Eng.) in mechanical engineering, IT or a relevant field
- Familiarity with PLM concepts, CAD software, PowerShell, .XML, .NET, JSON or JavaScript
- Experience managing projects and collaborating with clients to implement PLM systems. Background in the engineering industry is an advantage.
