About the Role

ELBN SYS HR Consulting is supporting an AI startup in Dubai that's looking for a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer. This is a hands-on role where you'll own and scale the entire infrastructure from the ground up. You will architect the cloud environment, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and secure the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the GCP-based infrastructure, including GKE, Cloud Run, and networking components.
• Establish and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support a fast-paced development cycle.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging strategy.
• Architect and enforce a robust security framework.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CTO on all infrastructure-related decisions.
• Lead future hiring and mentorship for the infrastructure team.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering, with 3+ years in a lead or principal role.
• Extensive experience building and operating cloud-native systems, with a strong preference for GCP.
• Expertise with Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm).
• Proven experience in a zero-to-one, startup environment.
• A strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools.
• Experience with RAG pipelines or LangChain is a plus.
