Role Overview

You will join a compact, highly capable engineering team responsible for building and scaling AI-driven features across the platform. This role offers broad exposure across data, modelling, and deployment, with genuine ownership and influence over technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, train, and deploy machine-learning models supporting core products
• Work with large-scale and diverse datasets to deliver commercially valuable insights
• Design and maintain ML pipelines suitable for production use
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on AI use cases and technical roadmap
• Enhance model monitoring, performance optimisation, and lifecycle management
  
  

Core Technologies

• Programming: Python, SQL
• Machine Learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn; NLP frameworks advantageous
• Data & Pipelines: Pandas, Airflow; Kafka experience beneficial
• MLOps & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Databases: PostgreSQL, NoSQL technologies
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Background working in start-ups, scale-ups, or VC-backed organisations
• Strong grounding in applied machine learning and data engineering
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-growth environment
• Commercially aware and able to align AI delivery with business outcomes
