Key Responsibilities
- Build, train, and deploy machine-learning models supporting core products
- Work with large-scale and diverse datasets to deliver commercially valuable insights
- Design and maintain ML pipelines suitable for production use
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on AI use cases and technical roadmap
- Enhance model monitoring, performance optimisation, and lifecycle management
- Programming: Python, SQL
- Machine Learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn; NLP frameworks advantageous
- Data & Pipelines: Pandas, Airflow; Kafka experience beneficial
- MLOps & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Databases: PostgreSQL, NoSQL technologies
- Background working in start-ups, scale-ups, or VC-backed organisations
- Strong grounding in applied machine learning and data engineering
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-growth environment
- Commercially aware and able to align AI delivery with business outcomes
