We are supporting a large organization based in Abu Dhabi, to recruit a People Operations Specialist. This role will play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, employee records, and HR systems updates.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing accurate and timely guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate people data and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate performance management, probation reviews, and annual people processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal governance requirements.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with HR systems and managing employee data and reporting.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
