Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Security Services Technology

Contract Duration: 12 months] (Extension likely)

Location: 4 Days on site – Abu Dhabi

Rate: 30,000 – 35,000 AED Per month

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to take ownership of Security Services / Capital Markets technology delivery within a complex banking environment.

This role is for an experienced candidate who can hit the ground running, manage senior stakeholders, and drive delivery from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of in-flight and new Security Services technology projects
• Drive front-to-back delivery across trading, securities processing, and integration with core banking/back-office systems
• Lead delivery across Business, IT, and third-party vendors
• Establish and run SteerCos, working groups, and delivery governance
• Actively manage RAID, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Hold vendors accountable to milestones, quality, and contractual commitments
• Provide clear, concise status reporting to senior stakeholders

Skills Needed:

• 10+ years delivering technology projects within Security Services / Capital Markets
• Strong understanding of the securities lifecycle (trade capture → settlement → custody → accounting)
• Proven experience integrating securities or trading platforms into core banking environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders in high-pressure environments
• Strong PMO / governance discipline with a delivery-first mindset
• Experience working as a contractor within large financial institutions

This role is NOT for:

• PMs without hands-on delivery ownership
• Generalist IT PMs lacking capital markets experience
• Candidates requiring extensive onboarding or training
