A global, multi-billion-dollar, market-leading technology company is hiring a PMO Manager to run the day-to-day administration of the Project Management Office in Dubai. This is not a Project Manager delivery role it’s a structured, detail-driven position focused on governance, reporting, coordination, and ensuring project teams operate smoothly.


What you’ll do

  • Own the PMO operating cadence: weekly/monthly reporting cycles, governance forums, and action tracking.
  • Maintain and improve PMO standards: templates, documentation, RAID logs (Risks/Actions/Issues/Decisions), and project controls.
  • Produce clear portfolio dashboards (status, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, budget tracking where applicable).
  • Ensure initiatives follow agreed processes and stage gates; support audits and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Vendors) to keep information accurate and up to date.
  • Manage the project repository: documentation, approvals, change requests, and version control.
  • Support resource planning and capacity tracking in partnership with functional leads.
  • Drive continuous improvement of PMO tools and ways of working.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a PMO / project coordination / project controls / portfolio administration role (tech environment preferred).
  • Strong administration skills: highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
  • Confident with reporting and data: Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and dashboarding.
  • Working knowledge of PMO concepts: governance, RAID, stage gates, change control, prioritisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication — you can chase updates, remove blockers, and keep people aligned.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana (any).

Nice to have

  • Exposure to agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban) without needing to be a Scrum Master.
  • Basic understanding of budgets, forecasting, and vendor coordination.
  • PMO / project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
