About the Role


The purpose of this role is to provide support for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of insights to our clients


Key responsibilities:


  • Builds reports and dashboards with support from a lead
  • Completes quality checks of reports and dashboards with support from a lead
  • Identifies insights in dashboards and communicates insights to internal teams
  • Maintains dashboards after launch incorporating necessary edits when data and feeds change
  • Translates requirements into dashboard design
  • Tests performance of reports and dashboards and tunes performance to client requirements


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or dashboard development (internships count).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into dashboard designs and validate data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and troubleshoot data issues.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain dashboards post-launch.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to present insights to internal teams.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
