Today, 90% of S&P 500 company value is intangible (e.g., in intellectual property) - yet R&D and IP teams spend half their time buried in manual work, sifting through patents and paperwork instead of pushing the frontier forward. The tools of creating and protecting are stuck in the past. We’re here to fix that.

Ankar is building the AI operating system for innovation, reinventing how companies generate and protect their inventions. Our platform orchestrates how ideas become defensible IP with a suite of AI modules such as patent drafting, office action response, and infringement detection.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build a world-class infrastructure our customers rely on. Translate messy problems into clean, dependable software at the cutting-edge of AI.
  • Ship fast and iterate with users constantly. Refine the product week by week based on real feedback and real impact with direct access to clients.
  • Take full ownership of your work. Drive clarity, velocity, and long-term quality in everything you build, and adapt your approach as Ankar’s mission and goals evolve.

  • Location: Hoxton Square, London (we operate an office first policy with flexibility)
  • Contract: Full-time
  • Compensation: We pay competitive salaries and will reward you with a substantial equity package under the tax-efficient EMI scheme.
