Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end HR service delivery, providing operational and administrative support to employees and managers

Job Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and issuance of offer letters, employment contracts, staff/employment passes, exit documentation and other required documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP), including data entry for hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements during employee life-cycle (e.g: MOM work pass application, renewals, cancellation and any other regulatory requirements where necessary).
  • Conduct pre-employment and reference checks in line with bank policies
  • Assist with interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards
  • Generate HR reports and provide documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance
  • Respond to HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees and managers
  • Support ad-hoc HR operational tasks and projects as required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within banking or financial services
  • Experience in onboarding, offboarding, HR system administration, and reference checks
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in a banking environment
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
