A Day in the Life

As The Executive Assistant For Maybelline's Global Marketing (DMI) Team, You Will Be Support The Senior Vice President Of Global Business Acceleration And Senior Vice President Of Brand Communications & Digital Strategy. You Will Ensure The Seamless And Efficient Operation Of The Office. You Will

Masterfully manage complex calendars, schedule international meetings, and arrange detailed travel itineraries, including visas and transport.

Act as a key partner in meeting coordination, from drafting agendas and taking minutes to managing logistics for attendees, locations, and materials.

Handle essential administrative functions, including processing monthly expense reports, creating and managing purchase orders (POs), and overseeing office supplies.

Engage in special project work that supports the broader team's objectives, interacting with people at all levels of the organization.

Organizational Prowess: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities seamlessly.

Effective Interaction: The ability to confidently and respectfully communicate with senior management and stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for scheduling, reporting, and creating presentations.

Integrity and Discretion: You act with integrity and can be trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving, always looking for ways to improve processes and support the team.
