What You Will Be Doing

  • Work with project teams to enable them to improve their scrum processes
  • Generate excitement around utilizing Scrum methodology by serving as an agile coach
  • Facilitate cross functional communication within the wider organization
  • Uphold the pillars of Scrum (transparency, inspection, and adaptation) across the organization

What You Need For This Position

  • BS in computer science, math, software or other engineering field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience with agile development methodology and Scrum framework
  • Experience in at least one Scrum Master role, and a strong track record of successful projects
  • Strong ability to influence others and manage resistance with charisma and flexibility
  • Experience with MES, SCADA, or other industrial automation projects is a plus
  • Experience in a client project based industry is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15%
