- Work with project teams to enable them to improve their scrum processes
- Generate excitement around utilizing Scrum methodology by serving as an agile coach
- Facilitate cross functional communication within the wider organization
- Uphold the pillars of Scrum (transparency, inspection, and adaptation) across the organization
- BS in computer science, math, software or other engineering field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience with agile development methodology and Scrum framework
- Experience in at least one Scrum Master role, and a strong track record of successful projects
- Strong ability to influence others and manage resistance with charisma and flexibility
- Experience with MES, SCADA, or other industrial automation projects is a plus
- Experience in a client project based industry is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10-15%
