Key Tasks and Duties


  • Assist in the business development activities
  • Expand client relationships, meet corporates and institutions on regular basis
  • Preparation of:
  • mandate proposals
  • presentation packs
  • prospectus
  • information memorandum
  • private placement memorandum
  • Detailed review of Annual reports and periodic financial reports of companies
  • Financial analysis and preparation of reports
  • Research of economy, companies and sectors and preparation of reports
  • Learn to develop financial modeling and forecasting in a fast pace
  • Learn equity valuation methodologies
  • Learn capital market and instruments
  • Assist in business development and new deal origination
  • Assist in approaching investors to raise money for IPOs, Private Equity, bond/ sukuk issues
  • Assist team members in various work streams
  • Assisting in internal audit and compliance matters
  • Assist in custody and administration (business side) matters
  • Review of Arabic Prospectus, and other documents as relevant for the business unit



Qualification

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the investment banking field, gained within a well-established commercial bank, investment bank or reputable financial institution.
