Product Designer

We are looking for a ''Mid-Level Product Designer (UI/UX)” creative, game changer, innovative thinker, who takes initiative and is driven to help improve systems and embraces a culture of teamwork. Qualifications & Requirements;

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field
• 3+ Years of Product design (UI/ UX) experience. (B2B experience is appreciated)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, variables etc.), Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Comfortable kicking-off new ideas, alternative solutions and approaches to design problems.
• A toolbox of user-centric design methods and a flair for visual design
• Highly-collaborative and have a low-ego approach
• Enthusiastic about designing solutions and rapidly iterating on those solutions based on feedback.
• Capable of actively managing your time and communication strategy when dealing with collaborators
• An ambassador for design who brings diverse stakeholders together to align and work together to solve problems
• Knowledge about design systems in your work to reduce the cost of shipping product while maintaining a cohesive user and brand experience.
• Can move high-priority projects toward delivery in a fast-paced agile environment
• Have a refined aesthetic sensibility in your visual design work

Job Description

• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
• Creating sleek and aesthetic UI design for B2B and B2C products
• Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions based on input.
• Employ critical thinking to evaluate design choices, identify potential issues, and solve problems creatively.
