Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications across varied business and technical use cases
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to define system architecture, integrations, and technology choices
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, databases, and server-side logic alongside dynamic, responsive user interfaces
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Drive engineering best practices around code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment workflows
- Lead assigned projects from planning and estimation through development, testing, and production release
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Use issue-tracking tools to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to internal development standards and guidelines
- You have 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience, delivering complex, production-grade applications
- Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Vue.js (with exposure to React or Angular)
- Deep backend experience with PHP (Laravel) and Node.js, including API design, authentication, and database architecture
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, relational databases, package managers, and version control systems like Git
- Experience with modern styling and UI optimization tools such as Tailwind CSS and SASS
- Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging production systems
- Solid understanding of accessibility, performance optimization, and scalable system design
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, make technical decisions, and mentor others effectively
