Our client, a disruptive technology firm, is seeking a Senior Engineer to join their mission to fundamentally revolutionize the global banking industry. They are developing the world’s first truly autonomous and composable technology platform designed for the operational scale of Tier-1 financial institutions.

This modern, AI-centric architecture is replacing outdated, monolithic systems with an elegant, highly performant core that redefines how the largest banks worldwide manage their operations.

• Systems Engineering Prowess: Golang
• Technological Flexibility: A natural ability to seamlessly transition between high-level architectural design, coding, testing, and operational (DevOps) tasks.
• Distributed Systems Depth: Extensive understanding of concurrent processing, asynchronous messaging, and operating across multi-region database setups.
• Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with secure development practices, especially within highly regulated environments.
• High Autonomy: Thrives with independence, proactively solving complex problems, and skillfully managing prioritization.
• AI Integration: Experience or passion for leveraging advanced AI tools to enhance development workflow.

📌Key Responsibilities

• Accelerating Product Development: Spearheading the construction of initial product versions and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for major financial clients.
• Architectural Stewardship: Making pivotal decisions on core architecture, infrastructure choices, and development tooling.
• Building Foundational Primitives: Designing the core financial components required to manage advanced Tier-1 banking processes.
• Infrastructure Excellence: Contributing to the deployment of multi-region active-active configurations using modern technologies like event streaming platforms, distributed caching (Redis), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Automation Leadership: Driving "everything-as-code" principles, including automated policy definitions and AI-generated operational guides and runbooks.
• Agent-First Automation: Building autonomous operational capabilities, including intelligent incident response, anomaly detection, and automated policy management.
