Job Description
The Product Sr Manager role for the Home Appliance Business is crucial for driving growth and expansion within Samsung's home appliance division, particularly focusing on refrigerators, which are a core business pillar alongside the laundry business.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to expand the home appliance business, analyzing internal and external data to identify opportunities in product offerings, distribution channels, market segments, and marketing initiatives. The professional will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing strategic opportunities and challenges at the regional level, collaborating with regional and subsidiary stakeholders to discuss market trends, competition, sales, pricing, margins, channels, and product portfolios, with the goal of creating a strategic action plan to enhance regional performance.
Additionally, the role involves efficiently creating and updating regional business performance reports using various data sources and translating these insights into strategic initiatives that can improve regional outcomes. The ability to deliver clear, concise, and persuasive English presentations to top management is also essential for success in this position.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven track record in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English skills; Spanish is a plus.
