About The Role
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Landmark Software & Services team. This role involves contributing to the design of user-centric applications that enhance usability, clarity, and consistency across our product suite. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior designers, engineers, and product managers to develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that align with our design standards. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our enterprise applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse user base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact the design and functionality of industry-leading software solutions used worldwide.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of shipped designs in production environments. Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with a solid understanding of design systems and component libraries. A strong foundation in interaction design and visual aesthetics is required, complemented by the ability to develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets effectively. Candidates should have a collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and the ability to iterate designs based on user and stakeholder input. A background in enterprise applications and familiarity with usability research practices are advantageous. A Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design UX/UI for product features under the guidance of senior designers, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Apply design system components consistently across various projects to maintain visual and functional coherence.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate user testing.
- Participate in usability testing sessions, synthesize user feedback, and iterate designs to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate daily with engineers and product managers to integrate design solutions into development workflows.
- Contribute to design reviews, team critiques, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high design standards.
