The role:
This is a hands-on Product Manager role focused on delivery.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of features and product enhancements, working within a cross-functional squad that includes engineering, design and key business stakeholders. This is a delivery-first role; you are accountable for taking ideas from concept through to launch with speed, quality and commercial impact.
You’ll partner closely with the Head of Product to shape user-centric solutions, bring the roadmap to life, defining, refining and driving features through the full development lifecycle while strengthening data-led decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own features end-to-end across discovery, delivery and post-launch
- Translate strategy and ideas into clear, prioritised product requirements
- Manage the backlog and delivery cadence within an agile environment
- Partner with engineering and design to balance quality, speed and scope
- Use data and insights to inform decisions
Who You Are and What You Bring
- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong delivery background; owning features across the full product lifecycle
- Confident working in agile teams with solid backlog ownership
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative and curious; able to bridge product, engineering, design and business
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar products and agile tools
Nice to Have : Experience working in marketplaces, creator platforms, ad tech or martech products, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment, with exposure to social or digital marketing platforms.
