We're searching for a passionate Associate Designer to support brand development, below-the-line marketing tools, project management and creative exploration across the Asia Pacific market / region. This is a great opportunity to apply and develop your professional design skills, all while directly contributing to growth across Sazerac's portfolio of brands.


This role will suit an ambitious designer that is ready to continue honing their craft across Point-of-Sale, Shelf and Packaging.


Responsibilities

  • Create compelling flow and promotion-specific graphic design and communication materials for brands at the direction of the Art Director and Marketing Managers, reflecting established brand positioning. Develop support materials for approved market- or customer-specific brand promotions within approved brand standards. Edit and manipulate existing creative work according to brand team specifications. Support POS procurement by providing artwork and logos for promotional materials, POS, premiums, tasting kits.
  • Assist in creating and implementing iconic assets and own-able brand assets for the portfolio of brands. Build brand toolkits to promote consistency across all design elements within brands.
  • Lead the in-housing of product label revisions and updates across the entire portfolio.
  • Identify cross functional support to be involved in projects & processes. Develop and maintain graphic standards and creative assets for brands and corporate entities company wide.
  • Manage external designers as needed when capacity dictates the need to outsource on a project by project basis.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Proficient w/ Adobe Creative Suite
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Possess a well-rounded portfolio


PREFERRED

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • 3 years experience with design agency or similar role
