This role focuses on integrating Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot game files into Unreal Engine 4.21.2 for a personal project. Responsibilities
- Import and configure Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot assets (animations, models, camera) in Unreal Engine 4.21.2
- Troubleshoot and resolve any compatibility or performance issues during integration
- Adjust and optimize animation blueprints and skeletal meshes for smooth playback
- Ensure camera systems replicate the original game’s behavior within the engine
- Collaborate closely with the project owner to meet specific requirements and deliverables
- Document the integration process and provide guidance for future updates or modifications
- Proven experience with Unreal Engine 4, specifically version 4.21.2
- Strong understanding of game asset pipelines, including importing and configuring 3D models and animations
- Expertise in animation blueprints, skeletal mesh setup, and camera systems within Unreal Engine
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to asset integration and engine compatibility
- Familiarity with Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot game files is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver high-quality results within a defined timeline
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
