We are partnering with a global logistics organisation to engage an experienced HR Data Analyst on a short term contract to support HR reporting, workforce analytics and remuneration data during a busy period.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working hands on with HR data and producing clear, accurate reporting in a fast paced environment.

Location: Sydney CBD

Duration: 1-2 Months with potential to extend

Pay rate: $500 - $600 per day plus super depending on experience

Start date: January 5th 2026

The role

Working closely with HR, Payroll and key stakeholders, you will support accurate HR data and deliver reliable reporting and insights.

Key responsibilities include

  • HR data reporting and analysis across workforce, remuneration and benefits
  • Supporting salary review and bonus data preparation
  • Building, maintaining and improving HR reports and dashboards
  • Reviewing data accuracy, integrity and governance
  • Assisting with benchmarking and pay related analysis
  • Improving reporting processes and documentation
  • Responding to ad hoc reporting and data requests

About You

  • Experience in HR data, HR reporting or people analytics roles
  • Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation
  • Experience working with HRIS and reporting tools
  • Power BI experience is desirable
  • Exposure to remuneration, benefits or salary review processes is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to tight timeframes
  • Confident communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders

This is a great opportunity for a contractor available to start in early January and contribute immediately in a fast paced, enterprise environment.
