Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking Graduate Analysts (0-2 years’ experience) to join our expanding Digital Advisory Team. As a Graduate Analyst in our Digital Advisory team, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate digital transformation. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants to deliver innovative solutions that leverage technology, data, and strategy to solve complex business challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while gaining exposure to cutting-edge digital tools and methodologies.

From day one, you’ll be trained in our delivery methodologies covering digital strategy, system deployments, and data analytics, ensuring you build a solid foundation. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants who will provide guidance, feedback, and career advice, while working on real client projects to apply your learning in practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support client projects and identify actionable insights.

  • Digital Strategy Support: Assist in developing digital strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.

  • Research & Benchmarking: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and emerging technology assessments.

  • Solution Design: Contribute to the design and documentation of digital solutions, including process improvements and technology recommendations.

  • Project Delivery: Support project planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business experts.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) and an interest in emerging technologies.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
