Key Responsibilities — People Operations & Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the hiring process.
- Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Champion an inclusive recruitment process, ensuring a positive and equitable candidate experience.
- Support new hire onboarding to set up our team members for long-term success.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for employee queries, people policies, and company culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance to internal and external requirements.
- Assist in the development and roll-out of HR policies, procedures, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate well-being and culture-building activities to foster a connected, motivated workplace.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the people, culture, and talent functions.
- Experience working in People Operations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a similar people-focused capacity.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and modern sourcing methods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Inclusive communication style, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse groups.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, or startup environments (preferred).
- Fluency in English (required).
