Durchführung von Systemupdates, Upgrades und Netzwerkerweiterungen
Bearbeitung und Lösung von Second- und Third-Level-Tickets (Zammad)
Monitoring und Performanceanalyse der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
Fachliche Mitarbeit bei interdisziplinären IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
Möglichkeit zur perspektivischen Übernahme einer Teamleitungsfunktion
