Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop code for complex software solutions for semiconductor equipment components and devices
- Develop software documentation and test procedures
- Technical lead of other developers to build and maintain web applications/frameworks
- Troubleshoot a variety of difficult software problems. Design and implement bug fixes
- 5+ years of professional experience in C++;
- Experience programming in several of the following areas:
- Real-time control
- Motion control
- Embedded programming
- Multi-threading
- CAN Bus
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of memory management and performance optimization in C++
- Experience with Git SCM
- Experience with efficient SW testing methodologies, including automated unit and integration testing
- Solves problems in moderately difficult to complex situations
- Analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment and precedents
- Takes a new perspective on existing solutions
- Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
- Works to build consensus
Master’s Degree with 5 or more years of professional experience
