Retail Store Manager

We are hiring a Retail Store Manager for one of our client in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is well-organized and displayed.
• Train and develop staff, providing coaching to improve performance.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
