Project Manager for Commercial Planning

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will support the Business Customers unit in reaching its commercial targets by planning and implementing commercial activities that involve acquiring new customers and expanding engagement with existing customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex cross-functional projects to bring commercial activities to the market
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as data analysts, advisors, and senior leaders to plan, implement, and develop commercial activities
• Identify and optimize activities to increase performance and ensure synergies across Nordic markets for lead generation, sales material and digital touchpoints etc.
• Improve existing processes and conceptualize new ways of working to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and business impact
• Evaluate and report on the success of activities with actionable insights
  
  

Based at Helsinki branch in Finland, you will be part of our Strategy Execution and Commercial Excellence team within Business Customers, comprising +30 highly skilled colleagues in the Nordic countries.

About You

If you are an experienced project manager with a strong commercial and result-oriented mindset, this role could be for you. We expect you to have:

• +5 years of project management experience within Commercial Excellence, B2B, SaaS or comparable field
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Experience in leading initiatives and generating results in a dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of working with CRM and leads
• Skills to leverage data from multiple sources and track the KPIs of your initiatives
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  
  

Moreover, experience from banking or financial industry is beneficial, but not mandatory.
