- Help define and track north star metrics, input metrics and leading indicators for growth.
- Partner with Growth and Product to design A/B tests and structured experiments across channels and journeys.
- Set up clean test vs. control groups, define success metrics and ensure robust uplift measurement.
- Analyse test results, quantify impact and turn insights into clear recommendations for the next iteration.
- Work with Data and AI teams to explore and productionise models such as LTV prediction, churn/retention models, audience scoring, recommendations or bidding signals.
- Use AI tools to speed up analysis (e.g. faster querying, anomaly detection, insight generation) and to support creative and messaging optimisation (e.g. clustering, semantic analysis).
- Help define when and how AI should support human decision-making – and where we still need human judgment.
- Support the development of a robust measurement framework across channels (attribution, MMM, incrementality studies, etc. – depending on maturity).
- Improve data quality, event tracking and taxonomy so that our decisions are grounded in reliable data.
- Work closely with tracking/analytics owners to ensure we can answer the questions that matter for growth.
- Identify high-value segments, markets, products and opportunities for incremental uplift.
- Translate insights into narratives and recommendations that influence channel strategy, budgeting and roadmaps.
