We are based in central Paris and are expanding our team, having put the first 20+ customers in production.

The opportunity: build the next regtech leader

Marble is one of Europe's fastest-growing regtech companies. We’ve grown 8x in the last year, expanding from 1 to 25 markets (all continents), and are on a clear path to becoming a global standard for Fraud & AML monitoring.

Our mission is simple: We’re building the world's most flexible, open-source Fincrime platform for financial institutions across the world.

We are seeking a true Sales Hunter. An autonomous, ambitious, and accountable builder who is excited to join an early-stage rocket ship. This is not a "cog-in-a-wheel" job. You will be a foundational member of our commercial team, building a greenfield territory and having a direct, tangible impact on our growth trajectory.


What you'll do
  • Own the full sales cycle and run the full playbook: From lead generation to closing, you will own the entire sales process, supported by our marketing and growth teams. Build and manage your pipeline, deliver compelling product demos, craft strategic proposals, and navigate complex procurement cycles for both SaaS and On-Premise deployments.
  • Execute a hybrid sales motion: You'll balance two core strategies:
  • 50% Cold Hunting: Proactively identify and hunt for new, high-value mid-market & enterprise deals. Large payment and crypto scaleups, Tier 1/2 banks.
  • 50% Inbound & Open-Source: Skillfully convert our high-potential open-source customer base and qualified inbound leads into Enterprise customers.
  • Close complex deals: You will navigate both short-term startup deals and longer, complex sales cycles with large-scale fintechs, Banks, and crypto/blockchain players.
  • Be the expert: Become a true expert on the Marble platform and the RegTech landscape. You will be our voice on the front lines, representing Marble at industry events and in client meetings across Europe/World (monthly travel is expected).
  • Be the voice of the customer: Work closely with our Growth, Marketing, and technical teams to define your territory, refine sales plays, and bring critical feedback from the field to our product roadmap.



What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of "hunter" experience: You are a proven individual contributor with a track record of closing complex, six-figure (or larger) B2B software deals (SaaS or On-Premise). You build your own pipeline and are not afraid of cold prospecting.
  • Domain expertise: You must have experience selling complex software (SaaS or On-premise) to fintechs, payment companies, or financial institutions. You understand their problems, speak their language, and have existing relationships in the space.
  • Fincrime knowledge (huge +): Experience selling for or working at a Fincrime (Fraud/AML) provider is a massive advantage.
  • The "Open-Source" advantage: Experience with an open-source or developer-first sales motion is a massive advantage.
  • Early-stage DNA: You are a high-energy self-starter who thrives in an early-stage environment. You are managed by your outcomes (New Logos, ARR), thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited by the 10x growth trajectory. You are highly autonomous and don't want to be micromanaged. You understand that the playbook is constantly evolving, and that you’re contribution to it is key as part of the GTM team.
  • World-class communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills in English. Other European/International languages are a very welcome bonus.
  • Location: Based in Europe, ideally in a major financial services hub.

Compensation & benefits
  • A competitive salary of 50k-75k€, depending on your experience + 2x OTE on targets
