About The Role
Our marketing team is looking to hire a Marketing Associate to support a variety of marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Team Lead, this role offers an opportunity to grow in a rapidly evolving company.

What We Do
Kaiko provides financial data products and solutions across four main pillars:
- Data Feeds: We gather, organize, and distribute market data from over 100 centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) trading platforms to give our clients a comprehensive view of the digital asset markets.
- Analytics: We operate blockchain infrastructure to collect, process, and distribute detailed market data directly from DeFi protocols, giving our clients a comprehensive view of the DeFi market.
- Monitoring : Market-level solutions enabling oversight of DeFi markets, CeFi markets, and blockchain-level details like trades, transactions, and supply.
- Kaiko Indices : Trusted benchmark rates and indices for financial professionals and product issuers, compliant under European Union Benchmark Regulation (EU BMR) regulation.

About The Role
Our marketing team is looking to hire a Marketing Associate to support a variety of marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Team Lead, this role offers an opportunity to grow in a rapidly evolving company.
Missions & Responsibilities
Your role will span several channels and will have a strong focus on execution. You’ll be supporting wider initiatives with tasks such as:
- Organise Kaiko-hosted events, managing all aspects of the event, including pre- and post-event promotion, event operations, and on-site support.
- Run Kaiko webinars, coordinating with speakers, setting up the online platform, and managing pre- and post-event communications.
- Arrange external event sponsorship and attendance, working with the event provider and internal staff to ensure a successful event.
- Update our website content using WordPress.
- Work with wider stakeholders to write and publish social media posts on X and LinkedIn.
- Create visuals for social media and email using Canva.
- Execute measurable multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and other channels.
- Write press releases and announcements, coordinating with our PR agency.
The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy working with a varied daily workload.
- Love “getting things done”, with a strong focus on execution.
- Be tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Work with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest and knowledge in crypto or digital finance
- Excellent presentational skills for internal and external audiences
- 2+ years’ experience in events and/or multi-channel campaigns
- Degree in business, marketing, or communications.
- Full ownership of events management and marketing operations experience
