Product Architect. BSS\OSS

Job Summary:

As a Product Architect/Product Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level product architectures that align with business objectives and user needs. You will work closely with product management, engineering, IT, Customer Experience, Sales and other stakeholders to ensure our products are Modular, scalable, sustainable, and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and maintain a clear product architecture vision that supports business goals and technology strategy.

• Maintain long-term, collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders and external (vendors/partners/suppliers) stakeholders to build new innovative Services and ensure continuous enhancement in the way we architect and design products and services.
• Lead and Collaborate with product managers in defining and finalizing products and services roadmaps
• Perform business analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to capture comprehensive E2E product/service requirements
• Responsible/Owns the Architecture of new product and Services
• Own the Business Requirements for new products and services. 
• Develop/own the business use cases and detailed business requirements document covering customer journeys in full alignment with customer experience guidelines.
• Responsible as a digital architect to build/continuously enhance the capabilities/frameworks to build new and innovative products and Services
• Collaborate with Vendors, Technology & IT teams to build/architect products and Services that fulfill customer needs/ requirements and deliver the right customer experience.
• Own the design/development/implementation (buy-in) of fulfillment/delivery and support processes for launched products Services and strive to enhance customer experience.
• Accountable for the readiness of the UX design for new products and services. 
• Efficiently select, engage, and manage partners/vendors for optimal collaboration in building new products and services
• Work with vendors, partners to come up with new service concepts and lead new concepts feasibility and POCs with vendors, technology teams, product & Service excellence team, IT, business owners and product managers
• Develop, jointly with technology teams, the RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and decide on vendors/partners selection
• Provide early opinion on technical feasibility and viability of new products and services concepts.
• Responsible for defining/designing MVPs in alignment with product managers, technical teams, vendors, business development, product & services innovation team and other stakeholders
• Work closely with the Product and Service Data Analytics and Consumption team to insure that all required data points are captured in any new developed product/service

·      Maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends in the industry, including all advancements that might be incorporated as new features/capabilities into new innovative products and Services.

·      Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

·      Proven experience as a Product Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role in product development.

·      Practical Experience in at least one of the following fields/Domains is a MUST either as product architect or technical expert:

o  AI/Data (ML, LLM, CVM, RPA) to be able to architect and develop AI/Data based products like CVM as a Service, RPA as A Service and other similar AI based or related offerings.

o  Enterprise grade services in the data and voice domains including SLAs

o  Bundled offering especially in SMB segement

o  5G services including Private Networks, Slicing, Edge Computing,

o  IoT and M2M

o  Device management and Device as a Service Offerings/Platforms

·      Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

·      TEM Forum Knowledge and Involvement is critical to ensure that any developed product/Framework is TEM forum compliant.

·      Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.

·      Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

·      Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·      Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• SCRUM MASTER or Agile Product Owner certified
• SCRUM MASTER hands on experience with the ability to resolve team impediments
• Product Owner hands-on experience with the ability to own, manage and prioritize product backlog
• Practical Experience in defining and implementing full customer journeys for new products and service covering discovery, ordering, use, care and billing
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Familiarity with data management and analytics solutions.
