About The Role

Owning the end-to-end UX, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to translate complex AI capabilities into simple, consumer-like workflows. Based in Berlin, you will design for a diverse customer base, with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and empowering SMB owners and creators through elegant, modern design.

About The Role

Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into impactful, real-world product experiences — from early concepts to polished execution.
- Design intuitive interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that make complex functionality feel simple and delightful.
- Confidently present and advocate for your design decisions, aligning teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales while actively incorporating feedback.
- Play an active role in evolving and maintaining our centralized design system, helping to scale consistency and quality across our product ecosystem.
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, creating modern, high-quality web applications with a strong focus on usability and visual excellence.
- Experience designing end-to-end and cross-channel user experiences, thinking beyond individual screens. Comfortable collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in an agile, cross-functional environment.
- Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Axure.
- Familiarity with working in and contributing to an evolving design system, balancing consistency with innovation.
- A strong portfolio that highlights your design process, your individual contribution, and your ability to shape thoughtful, user-centered experiences from concept to delivery (please attach if available).
- Excellent UI and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for detail, hierarchy, and intuitive interaction patterns.
