• Analyse change impacts and mitigate risks
• Create effective communication and training plans
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables
• Identify innovation opportunities in emerging technologies

Required Skills and Experience:

• Arabic speaking is essential for this role
• 6+ years in change management, focusing on digital transformation
• Commercial knowledge of Cloud, AI, ML and SDLC
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strategic problem-solving abilities
• Relevant degree and certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
