As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of how product work gets done at ZeroRisk. This is a high-impact opportunity to establish disciplined product operations, scale delivery, and shape the execution of our roadmap as we grow.

Location & Remote Setup

This is a remote role for candidates based in Europe or adjacent regions, aligned with Irish working hours for day-to-day collaboration. The role requires the ability to travel to Ireland occasionally; EU citizenship or unrestricted European travel is preferred.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the operational side of the product function. You’ll report to the Chief Product Officer and take full ownership of product delivery, process design, and cross-functional coordination.

This is our first product hire outside the founding team, and the scope reflects that. You will set up how product development runs — from Agile ceremonies to backlog management — and make sure we’re delivering value to the business efficiently and predictably.

You’ll work closely with the CPO, CTO, and Engineering leadership, while collaborating with Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Operations

  • Run and continuously improve the product delivery rhythm: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Maintain a clear, structured, and well-prioritised backlog in partnership with engineering.
  • Drive reliable, high-quality execution across distributed teams.

Product Execution

  • Translate product strategy into detailed, actionable user stories and product specs.
  • Define and track metrics that help evaluate progress and quality.
  • Manage roadmap visibility and ensure internal stakeholders stay informed and aligned.

Discovery & Collaboration

  • Lead internal product discovery and support client-facing teams in capturing high-value feedback.
  • Validate ideas through structured exploration and iterative rollout.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to improve delivery speed without sacrificing quality.

AI & Tooling

  • Apply AI tools across product workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve how we operate using automation, structured data, and modern platforms.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Strong experience in product management at a B2B SaaS company (preferably serving enterprise or mid-market clients).
  • Proven ability to operate in remote, distributed teams across time zones.
  • Demonstrated ownership of Agile/Scrum delivery processes and product execution.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with core product tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
  • Practical experience applying AI in daily product workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, or fintech domains.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations and stakeholder-heavy environments.
  • Experience with Atlassian ecosystem at scale.
  • Experience with Rovo or similar structured product ops platforms.

Working Style

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
  • Comfortable building process in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
  • Skilled in simplifying ambiguity and bringing structure to moving parts.
  • High ownership mindset, strong follow-through.
