Responsibilities
- Drive the "Define and Design" phase for all prioritised initiatives
- Develop end to end process maps, map customer journeys, and conduct as-is and future state assessments.
- Create low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Define content structure, navigation, and user flows (user journeys etc)
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards.
- Present design solutions, rationale, and findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Legal/Compliance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are up to the standard and regulatory-compliant.
- Perform usability testing and analyse feedback to refine designs.
- Work within and evolve our existing design language to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- 5+ years in UX/Product Design, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or a highly regulated industry.
- Strong experience demonstrating problem-solving, user-centric thinking, and polished UI execution.
- Hands on Experience on Figma or similar tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good understanding of the Irish banking market.
