Role Description

This role is for an Assistant Project Manager who supports the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects across teams and stakeholders. In this position, you will work closely with project managers to help ensure that project activities are delivered on schedule, within defined scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include assisting with project planning and scheduling, tracking tasks and milestones, and maintaining accurate project documentation. You will help coordinate internal resources, support communication between team members, and ensure that project updates are shared clearly and consistently.

You will assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, documenting action items, and following up on assigned tasks. Monitoring progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and supporting issue resolution are important aspects of the role. You may also help manage changes to project plans by updating timelines, tracking approvals, and maintaining version control.

The Assistant Project Manager plays a critical role in maintaining structure and organization throughout the project lifecycle. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and ensure that processes and standards are followed.

This role requires clear communication, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. By supporting coordination and execution, the Assistant Project Manager helps ensure projects run efficiently and deliver successful outcomes.
