My name is Lukas Mikalauskas, and I am leading our End User Support Services at Telia Company. We work today to support our internal colleagues with all the tools they might need to perform their duties. If you are a passionate IT engineer who would like to work and learn with the newest technologies on developing AI based automation this might be a job for you!
What you’ll do:
You will work with our internal Workplace IT area to implement automation across our services using Agentic AI and simply AI flow automation options depending on the use cases. You will have to learn and in a lot of ways pave the way for other colleagues on what kind of methods to use in what kind of situations. Discover and research best practices and available tools to meet the expected results. Maintain those use cases. Collaborate with architects on compliance and be a part of new and very interesting ways to automate flows.
What will help you thrive in this role:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized professional with strong coordination skills and an innovative mindset. You should have some previous IT engineering experience so you can feel comfortable finding methods and solutions where there are no clear instructions and guides on how to do it. Don’t be afraid to own a use case and strive for the end result value in the most effective way.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience with some kind of IT Engineering duties, where you had to administrate or automate advanced IT solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to evaluate and challenge use cases.
- Basic Java Script knowledge.
- Working with any type of automation using AI automation frameworks (Optional)
- Experience with Prompt Engineering (Optional)

Monthly salary range for this position – 3500-5200 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
