As a Junior Software Engineer, your role will be to contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of our software solutions. Integrated within an agile team, you will work closely with experienced developers to transform functional requirements into high-performing and scalable technical features. You may also be involved in projects using various technologies and solutions such as RPA, AI, or electronic signatures.

YOUR MISSION

• Development: Participate in the design and writing of clean, tested, and maintainable code.
• Maintenance: Identify, analyze, and fix bugs reported by users or the QA team.
• Code Review: Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and ensure product quality.
• Collaboration: Participate in Agile rituals (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) to share your progress and any roadblocks.
• Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation to facilitate code understanding for the team.
• Technology Watch: Stay curious about new technologies and propose innovative improvements.

YOUR SKILLS

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Go).
• Frameworks: Knowledge of a backend framework (Node.js, Spring Boot, Django) or frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular).
• Tools: Strong understanding of Git (version control). Databases: Basic knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Testing: Familiarity with unit and integration testing.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Fluency in French is and English
• Curiosity: A constant desire to learn and develop skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to communicate ideas and listen to constructive feedback.
• Rigor: Particular attention to detail and the quality of deliverables.
• Autonomy: Ability to find solutions independently before seeking help.
